RSIS ISO Certified QMS Scope

The scope of the RSIS Quality Management System consists of standardized contract administration, financial systems, staffing and human resources management, procurement, personnel security, training, and program/project management.

Our QMS includes the standardized service provision of IT services in the areas of network management, help desk administration, telecommunications systems management, software design and development, threat assessment, training and training support, intelligence support, information assurance and force enhancement/command and control support.

The parameters of this scope include RSIS Headquarters and selected processes at the following program sites: the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) IT Services contract in Chicago, Illinois; the Technical Services and Space Operations Support (TSSOS) contract at the Space Innovation and Development Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado; the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) support contract in Beavercreek, Ohio; and the National Weather Service (NWS) contract in Silver Spring, Maryland.
