Peer Recognition -- Bob Frey, center, Senior Vice President for Knowledge Management and Proposal Development, receives the 2006 Fellow Award of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) at its national conference in New Orleans. In its history, the APMP has presented the award to less than 30 professionals. Frey was nominated for the fellow award by Dr. Terry Tarbell, left, a RSIS Business Development Vice President. The two developed a one-day course on proposal development that they have taught to nearly 1,500 owners and other executives of small businesses. With them is David Winton, Executive Director of APMP. In addition to his key RSIS role over the years in the winning of government contract, Frey is author of a highly regarded book, Successful Proposal Strategies for Small Businesses.
