RSIS has launched a $2 million Management Operations Center (MOC) with advanced technology capable of providing customers with fully redundant 24 x 7 x 365 telecommunications systems support nationwide. The MOC has been configured to enable RSIS' engineering specialists to tailor solutions to the telecommunications needs of a broad range of federal government customers in defense and civilian agencies. RSIS brought in Teltronics and ACE*COMM to integrate and deliver a robust solution suite for advanced enterprise telemanagement technology for switched voice, data, IP, and other hybrid networks.
In addition, RSIS has established formal business arrangements with Nortel, Siemens, Avaya, and others for engineering expertise and equipment needed to help model, test, implement, and maintain customized voice, data, and video solutions for the federal marketplace. RSIS’ Management Operations Center is already providing critical telecommunications support under RSIS’ Voice Telecommunications Services (VTS) contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Services include PBX, voice-mail and conference bridge engineering, logistics, and sustainment services to sites nationwide, including regional offices, air route traffic control centers, and terminal radar approach control facilities.
